Residence Inn Prescott

This was a fantastic stay due to the service of Hailey F. She went above and beyond to help us and quite frankly needs to be applauded for her great service. Additionally the room was comfortable and ADA accessible exactly how I booked it. I like that this facility doesn’t bait and switch you and gives you exactly what you book each time. If I were at a lesser brand I.e. Holiday Inn I’m confident this wouldn’t be the case. The bed was comfy, the TV had an ample amount of channels and the pool as always is wonderful. As with anything in life you get what you pay for … don’t cheap out book with Residence Inn and feel the true hospitality! Keep up the great work and a humble thank you to you all !!

Our room was upgraded without needing to ask. Room was clean upon arrival and location was convenient to Costco, which is always a plus for us because we get our gas there. Staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever get back to Prescott, we will stay here again.

We were delighted with our 1 night stay here - Jack at the front desk could not have been nicer or more professional! The pool was sparkling with a lovely Kidie pool and 2 hot tubs. Several guys were having a great time BBQ'ing around the fire place. The overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Surprising was their breakfast was awesome -especially considering the Marriott does not show it as an included feature! The fruit salad was especialy delicious and there was a nice selection of healthy options! Thank you for a clean, quiet and friendly stop along our journey.

First off I want to thank T (or Tee not sure on the spelling) she went above and beyond to get me checked in early when I truly needed that!! Secondly she also let me borrow a charger which I'm grateful for. Employees like her make Marriott preferred over Hilton and all other hotel brands. She didn’t have to help me and yet she did… most people would have said “not my problem” or come up with a convenient excuse as to why early check in wasn’t possible. Let’s get to the amenities next… between the large Pool (actually a total of three pools including one for the younger children / kids) and the fitness center you certainly get a bang for your buck. The room itself was very comfortable with a pillow top mattress and a pull out sofa in case you have extra guests. Overall it’s worth the extra money to stay here over your typical extended stay hotel / Hilton property. This is coming from someone who used to work in hospitality as a front desk agent I sincerely appreciate the accommodations!!

Well we were there staying as a family for a funeral. System was down when i checked in. So they had to do things manual. Whuch was okay. It took a little while and was supposed to be comped parking. Little to no hot water. And had to change rooms do to a leak in the bathroom. Our room was unlocked and open when we arrived. Both of our rooms had issues with the doors locking or not closing. Beds were super uncomfortable as well. A little upset considering we like residence inn normally.

Overall good stay! Room is huge and very spacious/accommodating. Overall very clean only comment was pillow had some unfortunate looking stains and under the bed looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a while. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well as the staff during check in and whenever we needed any help were very accommodating and helpful! Would probably stay again.
